This large wall hanging was made by Cheryl of Kelley's Quilting, the pattern was made by an idea she has worked on from viewing "Victorian designs" she used angle lines, small meandering, and stitch-in-the-ditch to "pop-out" the design she wanted.  This is "EXTREME CUSTOM QUILTING".
